By accessing or using SiCoGa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. SiCoGa is a tool designed to help users organize and view Pinterest content for personal inspiration.

2. Pinterest API & Content

SiCoGa interacts with Pinterest services. You acknowledge that all content "grabbed" or displayed through the Service is the property of its respective owners on Pinterest. SiCoGa does not claim ownership of any content retrieved from Pinterest. Your use of the Service must also comply with Pinterest's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use PinHub only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without explicit authorization.

4. Data Storage

SiCoGa primarily stores your gallery data locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage). We do not host your images or videos on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your saved items.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SiCoGa does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SiCoGa or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
